Shipping policy

We offer FREE DELIVERY/POSTAGE to orders across MALTA AND GOZO. Please allow up to a maximum of 7 working days for your order to be processed, printed and delivered.

Please note that these delivery/shipping times are measured in working days (Monday-Friday) and exclude the day of posting, Saturdays, Sundays, and Public/National Holidays in Malta. Additionally, these delivery/shipping times include the time in which it takes to create the item(s). 

Standard non-tracking post does not provide tracking information or insurance. If you require a faster delivery, tracked, expedited or insured shipping for any reason, please message us to discuss the additional costs before placing your order.

Please be aware that all estimated delivery times can sometimes be delayed in transit by exceptional circumstances, customs delays, etc. but these are rare occurrences. 

If your order seems to have been delayed or does not reach you please contact us to discuss. In the extremely rare case that a package is lost we will work with you to replace it, once a sufficient amount of time has passed to rule out any delays.
